Faith-led. Evidence-minded. Built for impact.

I lead from faith, and I test my decisions with evidence. The Bible shapes who I am; the books below sharpen how I think, build and serve. Together they explain how a telecoms executive came to build programmes that lift children and households across Africa.

I am faith-led and faith-driven. My faith gives me purpose, humility and a duty of stewardship over every resource entrusted to me, from a donor's gift to a child's scholarship. I hold it openly and I serve people of every background.
Convictions and reading

Words that changed how I lead.

You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!
The Bible, Isaiah 26:3 (NLT)

Peace is not the absence of storms. It is what God guarantees when I keep my trust and my focus on Him: not fleeting peace, but peace that holds in the middle of the storm. That is how I lead under pressure.

We can be blind to the obvious, and we are also blind to our blindness.
Daniel Kahneman, Thinking, Fast and Slow

Sound judgement requires more than conviction; it requires a willingness to question the assumptions behind it. I use data, dashboards and candid feedback to test my interpretation, surface blind spots and distinguish what I know from what I am assuming. That discipline helps me make decisions with greater clarity and accountability.

Often the seed of tomorrow’s success is hidden within today’s failures.
Steven Furtick, Do the New You

I see setbacks as information, not a final assessment of potential. The important question is what they reveal about judgement, execution and timing, and how that understanding should shape the next decision. For me, resilience means learning deliberately, adapting the approach and staying committed to the purpose.

Six themes

What I read, and what it does to my work.

  • The Bible

See the quotation above: The Bible, Isaiah 26:3 (NLT).

  • The Screwtape Letters · C.S. Lewis

Quiet distractions pull good people off course more often than dramatic temptations, so I guard my attention and my integrity daily.

  • Surprised by Joy · C.S. Lewis

Lewis's slow road to faith reminds me that conviction often arrives gradually, so I meet other people's questions with patience.
